Firstly My Dream!

Yes I did get a bicycle, it was a second hand ladies bicycle, but I was over the moon!
 
As I looked back on that particular scenario I became conscious of the fact I had used another law of success at that early age!
 
Do you know what that law is?
Go on have a guess!
Not sure!
Well I will cover it in a future post.

Why Set Goals

So let’s continue with how the course unfolded with goal setting.
One of the points that was really hammered home was the importance of being goal setting smart as setting goals was just the beginning of a process that was to follow.
 
They believed and I agree totally with this concept that to succeed at anything you need to have a pathway to success which I have written about in one of my personal blog/websites and that pathway will be determined by the dreams that fuel your desires which you then convert into your goals and this is stage one as I mentioned of the process.
 
So therein lays the reason you set goals so as to take your first step along the pathway to success.
 
So I’m sure we all of us doing the course understood by then what was about to unfold in the next stage of the goal setting process.

Goal Setting Smart

The next stage seemed simple at first view like most things there is always a surprise in store.
 
We were handed out a goal setting sheet of paper, the importance of which each and every one of us doing the course probably misjudged at the time.
 
Anyway we were then informed that, that evening when we got home to write down all the goals we believed we wanted to achieve and that was it!
 
Since we began the course every night we were given homework that usually took till midnight to finish and we started again the next morning at 8 o’clock sharp.
I recognized it as all part of the challenge of turning us into success orientated members of society who would know what they wanted and how to achieve it by the end of the course!
 
Understandingly selling their product successfully was the bottom line.
 
When I was handed my 1st goal setting sheet of paper I had no idea how goal setting smart I was soon to become.
